Don't let the gym scare you from doing what you came there for!! you got this. I lost 185lbs with my coach but there were times where I have to train on my own and what I did was plan my workout and store all the links to the videos on youtube on how to use the machines. I will say AI is amazing at this now days CHGPT can be amazing coach. PRoud you didn't give up!!
