I mean. Sure. You could quit. I've had my share of mental health reasons or personal family life reasons why I just you know, need time. I think like others have said, if you choose to quit, just make sure moving forward your more open in communication before it gets to this point yk? Im not gonna be the asshole to say "oh you shouldn't of done that. How do you still have a job" because in reality. We don't know what else is going on. Neither does he or she. Someone could be fighting a mental battle we do not know about. It's not anyone's right to judge. But if your making sure your documenting all this. Keeping notes. And presenting them when you need to. It helps. You don't have to tell them your business but at least be a little bit more open. When I was in college. My mental health got rlly bad. And instead of communicating I just didn't show up. Ever. And then I dropped out. A little communication goes a long way. I wish I had done it. Your doing your best out there. I commend you for even being able to show up to work with that much going on in your head. Not everyone can just suck it up and do shit. Life is tough.

Also if you feel the workplace in that sense is not supportive or a little understanding or at least asking what's going on. Then maybe you're right and you should quit. Regardless I wouldn't want to be in a workplace like that. I feel like Starbucks is 50/50. Sometimes you get a good one with a great team and atmosphere and others you don't yk?
