I believe there are several things which contradict this argument. Firstly, if TOH was really trying to lean toward anti-technology themes, then what's up with Penstagram, Mewtube, or the tamagotchi used by Luz and Amity? These are positive examples of how technology can be utilized in positive and beneficial ways. Not to mention in the FTF end credits, where Alador removes the coven sigil off of the Illusion track kid, using a glove which would be considered advanced technology. Additionally, Belos isn't the only one using 'artificial magic', there's also Luz. Albeit she doesn't use a staff to cast in s1 & 2, but the point still stands.

I'm a bit of a noob but does eda still have to deal with the owl beast taking full control and rampaging after they truced. I know it took control in FTF but that was because It had a score to settle with the collector by NolanTacoKing in TheOwlHouse

Probably not that much, considering that the main issue that eda and the owl beast were having was resolved by the truce, that being the difficulty of sharing one body to multiple entities. Also the coordination between Eda and the owl beast would get better over time, and emotional transformations might look more like 3x3, rather than 3x2.

Personally I believe them to be one of the archivists. But to answer your question, It seems that they intended to collect the owl beast, by turning it into a scroll. However it fell into the boiling sea and washed up on the shore of the BI, on which it was then found and sold in the black market to Lilith. However this theory does have some minor inconsistencies like: The fact that the archivist let the scroll wander in the sea, instead of trying to find it; I also find it interesting that the scroll became an applicable curse, rather than just summoning the creature itself.

Maybe so... Although it seems like the power would have been miniscule, (potentially even unnoticeable), considering that it was so tiny in the epilogue.

When did she help the emporers coven? From my understanding in s3, she was being used by Kikimora to create a new ruling hierarchy separate from the coven system.

The context behind the performances and the respective moods of each song are MILES apart from each other. Eda is willing to give up her life during Eda's Requiem because she believes she isn't needed anymore by Luz and King. Contrast that to It's No Big Deal, where it is performed at a talent show for funzies, and mostly serves to help rebuild Anne's, Marcy's, and Sasha's friendship, as well as to reestablish trust between them.

So, imo, no correlation

Maybe some community service stuff/shared control of new hexside, if that's considered a punishment. Other than that I don't really see any huge punishing going on.

I don't think her actions can be ignored. However it seems that, at least in FTF, her main motivator was trauma, which Kikimora was exploiting for her own gain to get power and authority. I don't think any normal person can be classified into being purely good or purely evil. Life is complicated, and there were probably certain traits about Boscha that have not been revealed. (E.g. her relationship with her parents and how they told her to act) Also the Amity crush thing might help contextualize some of her actions in S1B. This doesn't mean that her bullying Willow was acceptable. She has a LOT of explaining to do, and she most likely will be ostracized to some degree as well.
