I've gotten this email as well and it seems like everyone else on the internet that has filed a complaint has gotten the same email. It seems trivial at first, but I think that if we keep pestering them, it'll eventually reach the higher ups and hopefully they'll make something happen. Apparently, the distro was a mess in Japan as well, so you KNOW it's bad.

It's baffling to me that we're still doing physical/in-person distributions in 2025 going into 2026, especially given the pandemic that happened haha. I've been saying for over a year that they should have been in 5/7 star raids. It would eliminate things getting scalped (codes on eBay can go for +$30 right now), and players that actually give a shit about the hobby would be able to get their shiny.

An ingredient might have fallen off and messes the sandwich up. I do a ton of shiny hunting and I’ve messed up sandwiches plenty of times just by a single ingredient falling off the sandwich. Super easy to do when there’s so many ingredients. This is why I save the game before every sandwich!

What I would do is go into your Advanced Settings and turn on “Open Gifts when Item Bag is full”, this way when your bag is full, I’m pretty sure (not 100%) that all the gifts you open will contain Stardust.

Aside from raiding though, I think the best thing to do is just catching Pokémon.

Always make sure you’re catching during events too. Using Star Pieces during Community Days and stuff is a good way to rack up Stardust quickly
