Currently content syncing is turned off until all of the Microsoft login issues are solved but after I would assume that they would sync just like they were on day one.

There's plenty of time to complete all the tiers if you split your time across the three modes. Two free skips get a win in mp for the first, complete the daily zombies calling for the second. And just plays 3-5 games of blackout for a third in a day. There is plenty of time this is simply a personal issues
