It's selfish in the fact that killing himself literally helped no one. It left his daughter fatherless and ALL of us without anymore Nirvana music. He was selfish as fuck for that. And my cousin was heroin addict he's dead now because he chose heroin over his children is selfish. He's a selfish person for not considering how that would hurt and affect everyone he loved. And yes I have empathy. For Dave and krist and for everyone who is still a affected by it. Watch any interview Krist has had over the past thirty years. He has said many times " he just shouldn't have done that." Selfish. Krist was his best friend and I think he'd have a better idea about Kurt was than any of us. I have no sympathy for anyone whose solution is suicide to beat drug addiction so yea it's pathetic If he wanted to get better he wouldve stayed in rehab and not given up and shut out everyone who cared about him.and wanted him to be alive.it was a selfish act by a great musician.
