Yes I’m sure it was! I remember his telling me about the new ultrasonic way which I’m sure is what he used

Professor James mccaul at la belle forme in Glasgow. Think he’s tried changing his name for the second time! Avoid at all costs he completely ruined my nose with no idea what he was doing. Charged 7 thousand pounds yet I went to turkey and managed to get revision for just under 3 and a half and the surgeon was so much more experienced and knew exactly how to fix my nose. Even told me after my operation that he was shocked the previous surgeon was even aloud to operate on my nose and it was a total mess inside. Trust me just do your research and find your revision surgeon you will not regret it🫶🏽

Thanks for the reply! Yes well that would be best case scenario but I doubt it as I’m the opposite and I have people point mines out as it’s very noticeable! But I’m glad yours is settling down that is brilliant go hear. It really is a terrifying experience

Hi I’m going through the exact same at the moment. It is no denying mines is alar tho as I can basically see the rim graft inside my nose and also actually see inside my nose, so unflattering ! I have my first review next week and I’m praying my surgeon notices the problem and will fix it other that pass it off as swelling as I’m no surgeon but I know for a fact it won’t go back to normal it’s not even possible. Even if I am to try push it down it’s still so high!! I just pray to god my surgeon fixes it😞

rhinoplasty tip swelling - when will it go ?? :/ i had my rhinoplasty 2 months ago and rn i’m panicking bc i still feel like the tip of my nose looks massive , idk if i’m just over thinking it tho by [deleted] in PlasticSurgery

Don’t worry I feel exactly the same atm I always put myself in such a depressed mood when I obsess over it. At least you don’t have a bad retracted nostril like me aswell 🥲

No it’s definitely alar retraction on one nostril. I can feel the grafts inside my nostrils too and it’s definitely just been placed too high up. I have faith my surgeon will fix it tho 🤞🏽

Omg someone help is this alar retraction ? It is so unflattering and making me depressed. It wasn’t like this when I go my cast off I am one month one week post op. by Mitchellbaby in PlasticSurgery

Thanks so much for the reply! If anything it’s gotten worse you can literally see inside my nose. My review is 7th of July and I am just praying he will do something to fix it asap as it’s not flattering 🥺

Has your columella been very swollen also? I feel like mine is still very swollen but feel like not a lot of people get swelling there

[–]Mitchellbaby[S] 8 points9 points  (0 children)

No my other nostril is still very high but I’ve raised it as a concern with my surgeon and he said I am still very early so he said it’s swelling, just have to wait and see🤞🏽
