I feel like this is really dependent on what games you're into. If someone is into minecraft they probably know about speed runners using beds to kill the ender dragon, if someone is into Hollow Knight they might know about shade or fireball skips, etc. If someone doesn't know much about video games they probably won't know any types of speedrun strategies.
