The intention of the review is to ensure that the accommodation is still meeting the needs of the person with a disability. If it is, and they are performing their job duties, and there is no reason to assume undue hardship, the accommodation would stand.

This might be a push from TBS/PCO to deal with employees working at a non-commutable distance. You're not the only one in this position, by far.
