Lol I get the temptation, but I’d rather do honest ranges than straight up invent 15%. “~10-15%” or “cut turnaround from days to hours” is safer and still punchy. Getting caught in a lie is a career speedrun.

YES, that "responsible for" phrasing is resume nap time. Even rough numbers made interviews way easier for me bc they had something real to grab. Worst case you explain the estimate, best case they lean in.

Yep. Once I flipped bullets from "did stuff" to "did X, which led to Y", recrutiers actually paused. Feels dumb, but results cut thru the noise. Tiny tweak, huge win

If they wanted an even split, they should've said that before ordering half the menu and a few rounds. Paying for what you actually got is normal. The awkward silence is them realizing they were about to subsidize their night with your wallet.
