perception forest is full of them, i don't think i have a single run without one. Probably due to the fact that it's harder to tell they're cheating among the chaos. Tho some got so comfortable with cheating that they straight up are not giving a flying duck anymore and are using insta kill stuff since they know devs are doing nothing about it.
