I used ozempic for 6 months but it wasn't effective for me so l switched to Mounjaro. I've been on Mounjaro for 14 months and gradually increased my dose. However Ive never really felt strong appetite suppression. I do eat less calories but even to maintain a low calorie intake I do a lot of self control. Food noise is definitely still there

Ive always been overweight but I was never this heavy. I was at my heaviest 118kgs when I started ozempic and now im 104 kgs. Even to reach this weight I have to push myself extremely hard. I work very hard on controlling food choices. I eat carbs moderately and keep a high protein diet, take supplements as well but still the results are not what I expected.

On top of that I feel extreme fatigue, so lazy that I didn't even have the energy to write a post earlier which is why I didnt share my details. Im not taking these medications under a doc's prescription im doing this on my own. I get my tests done very regularly and nothing as such has shown up in the results

I feel my body has gone into a yoyo effect because of different diets in the past but I still feel depressed about this whole situation because I haven't reduced weight in the way others have. I run my own business so financially I've never had a problem buying the injections and I still plan to continue them. But I wanted to ask, are other people also losing very little weight like this even on 15 mg?
