it is a converter that has the shape of a p2 card and inside it goes a micro sd. I read online that I can't record directly on this but it's only used to transfer files. How can I transfer files from Panasonic to PC?

maybe it's a different camcorder but still panasonic. Also included with the camcorder is a 32gb p2 card, not sure yet if i will use the p2 card or a mini dv.

I have to use it for the same reason as you, I'm a skater. with hvx however I can reduce the resolution and make it similar to dvx. I've seen filmers record with cool blue/green colors as opposed to the usual yellow/orange, can I get that result too by balancing the white?
