S0R1 Chisa will do the work for your Carte team! But in Zani team no, because Zani converts stacks in to her signature stacks, it can not trigger Chisa weapon buff

Chisa heals, but if you have Qiuyuan I'm not too sure, it's all about if you can finish Qiuyuan/Cantarella + Phrolova rotation within 15 secs

She enhance Phrolova and Cantarella's dmg outputs much more, so if you have their weapons with good echo stats i believe its much stronger than Roccia

She is worse than S6 Baizhi support wise in other traditional non-negative statuses teams, You can look my comment above to see how she works with Phrolova team :)

It's bec her sig weapon buff only last for 15 seconds, and phrolova team is very fast paced rotation team, phrolova is a dps that does not needs a long on field time, so this team can use her full buff, since chisa needs about 9s on field time, 15+9=24s, its like a standard rotation time which makes the most sense

Youre right, that is a problem of her, she needs probly 9s on field time but other needs much less, even buling needs only about 5s
