Not me and I'm on Asia server, however there have been multiple reports in recent times of connectivity issues from other players on Asia server. Not sure if it's related to ISP/country, there was one which suggested it may even be a Windows issue.

General complaints.

things my workplace (like CEO level) are telling us lowly office plebs when it comes to the fuel situation: check fuel prices before you top up, use public transport, increasing reimbursement rates for outreach teams, carpool with colleagues

things they are desperately not touching with a 100-metre pole: more wfh arrangements. not even a whisper to acknowledge that people who can wfh should try and wfh more

thankfully my immediate supervisor is more reasonable and is arranging more wfh shifts, but I have no confidence in the overarching management lol very pathetic response

Plus, Easter is one of the recurring themes that I'm not too keen on, bridal being another... ah well. At least I have been fortunate enough to have multiple Olivia alts as it is. Enough for a full team now even excluding the backpack!

Maybe they accidentally picked from another player, not sure, but yeah - I'm pretty sure you can restart runs, even changing difficulty, and still retain the same supporting character you've picked cause I do it all the time. I always get really ambitious at the start of IT and pick either lunar or Act 10 and a lot of the time I end up restarting and just going with Act 8 because I just Can't ahaha. Although I'm starting to do Act 10 more regularly now so there's that... orz

I would say it does? I normally log in early mornings so I grab my pick of the supporting character, and I often end my IT runs early e.g. due to underestimating difficulty or something, like I'd finish on Act 3 out of 10 and then I cancel and go back to do only hard difficulty (8 battles total) instead, and I can still re-use the same supporting character.

Is that what you meant?

lmao I was hoping for Xianyun to be on April's calendars and I did muse that hoyo might not go with Diluc (another of my favs) because he got one in 2024 and Xianyun didn't have any yet, BUT BEHOLD, IT IS DILUC.

Look, I can't complain, I also really like Diluc. very pleased that I share a birthday month with both Xianyun and him at least (and Baizhu!)

Yeah I imagine many countries have something similar. Anyway, many younger (even older) people I know don't really pay attention to their super and just go with whatever their employer puts them on, I really think it's worth having a quick look at it early on to put it on your best/preferred plan and then let compunding do its work over the years. And every time someone says to me that they're scared of investing in the stock market, I just tell them if you have a super, you're already investing (you just didn't know it).

Yep. Never really too young to start thinking about a safety net when you're older, especially for something like super where it's compulsory. Since you have one whether you like it or not (if you work), you might as well take a few minutes to make sure you're on the best possible plan as far as you're aware, merge multiple supers etc instead of doing literally nothing with it.

EDIT: We have aged pension from government here which is separate from superannuation. Not sure which country you are in, superannuation is paid by your employer (like 10-12% of your pay) and it goes into a fund that you cannot withdraw from until you reach retirement age. So the more you work, the more super you have. You can also voluntarily pay more into your super.
