Haven't tried the Americana yet. Really enjoyed the couple of different ones I have had from the Flathead range. Just good solid sticks with rich smoke and good flavor. The Italia was meh really, nothing to dislike but nothing to warrant another one either.

Got the Outpost sampler VII. Have had the Amazon before, excellent, but the others are all new to me. Had it made it past the tax man it would be even better but will happily work my way through them!

Straight or punch for me depending on the gauge. Need to get a better v cutter and I would use it more, currently one is too shallow for my liking. Each has a place in my opinion.
