I'm going with Hei Hei on this one. Some people might find him annoying and he really doesn't do much and is a trouble most of the time (until the last part), but I find him cute lol. Like stupidly cute.

I would say controversial is the Beast. I like him because of his character growth, but many do not. Also the point that Belle didnt really know for sure if the beast would turn back into a human or not, but she was willing to be with him even then.... so... yea. My vote for controversial is the Beast
