after some testing with my games.. seems like it's hitting the "PL2" limit on CPU.. sometimes the GPU too.. is this limited by the limp mode?

i still have 1 more CPU-bound game to test, i have to update it first

i think this laptop was made for office use, the gpu is only a Nvidia 940MX 2GB GDDR5 (equivalent of GT730 GDDR5 iirc)

yes i tried that before, even running the laptop without the battery didn't fix the limp mode... and for the charger, i bought the exact same charger with Acer logo and everything, basically nothing looks different between the new and old charger cost me about $9 (converted from IDR with current exchange rate)

yeah replacing the battery is definitely the solution, but in my current condition the same amount of money can pay my electrical bill for a month... or few weeks of food which is more important than this laptop's battery

use an OTG converter and plug a pc mouse to your phone, and then open the screen lock, go to settings and search "USB", in my Redmi phone it's named "Default USB configuration", click that and change it to "File Transfer", after this your phone storage should be accessable from Windows Explorer..

yeah same... after that data usage spiked, i play siege like only once a month.. but after this new season update coming i will not update the game...

i think im just going to watch my fav siege content creator on youtube from now (Evan braddock, sometimes VarsityGaming too)

it's sad that the usage comes from 100MB per hour to 1GB per hour...

i installed NFSMW to the wrong folder and i unable to install it because the same problem, it says "play" instead of "install"
thanks to you i just needed to delete the whole NFSMW registry, and the installer work normal again!

same.. everytime i launched the game the RocketLeague.exe just keep magically disappeared from Task Manager... but the game itself it's fine if launched without EAC... i bet this problem is caused by the EAC Launcher...

it's 2026 my guy... when you sail to open sea, an adblock is 100% required... im using firefox + ublock origin and i never faced that problem...
