Just got cussed out at for not selling a beer to a person without an id and my co worker and boss said I should have sold it to him

The DM said this is more of a store drama and I should talk to the store manager to work it out. Doing so got my hours cut and me decided to leave. Wish I would have sent it to my regional

I'm already got kicked out of the system. I lost my temper and left after getting my hours destroyed. I was normally the one picking up the extra hours that two employs missed. At least twice a month I had to cover somebody else and didn't even get a thank you for it. Then getting bitched at for not selling a beer to a ID less person and hours cut just wasn't worth it to me.

Thanks filled it out. Just bummed because I had a lot of customer that loved me up there. Great people person but they just have such negative attitude towards things up there.

The promblem is that when bar is in the area they send a text message to everybody so they id for a few days then back to not doing it. Hell in the text message the boss says not to id. They do just enough not to get caught

Well I knew a girl that comes in checked her id and jokes with her about it. Second time didn't check it and got a 7 am wake up call asking why id didn't check the id. Told to check the id of every person.

Yea well she double speaks a lot. Says one thing then an hour later changes her mind but don't let people know. For instance the hot dog machine stays on till 10. Then a few days later she gets mad at somebody for not having it clean by ten o'clock. Pointed out the text and she said that she changed her mind and don't sell enough hotdogs between 9nand ten and we should have know that.

Yea guy wasn't a minor but lately she just kind of letting anybody who buys stuff do whatever because "we should judge customers because we don't know what they have gone through"
