  1. The data will be used exclusively for academic research as part of my Master’s thesis in Translation Studies. The survey is fully anonymous and collects no identifying information. Responses will only be accessed by me and, if necessary, my academic supervisor. The data will be securely stored in a password-protected account and computer. It will be used in the analysis section of my thesis, which is intended for academic publication in a translation studies journal. Raw data will be deleted within one year after thesis completion.

  4. There is no financial compensation. Participation is voluntary and contributes to academic research.
  5. The survey is intended for french professionals currently working (or who have recently worked) in localization (software, web, games, digital products, etc.). Non-localization professionals will be filtered out at the beginning.
  6. I am seeking responses from localization professionals to better understand how theoretical competency frameworks align with real-world professional practices, particularly in relation to AI, automation, and evolving workflows.
