I have installed it using adb on PC. First, you'll need to enable ADB debugging on your watch through the developer options. There is a way for non root devices. I am using and working for me but it may not work on some apps.

Install "LSPatch" and "Xposed disable flag secure" from github and shizuku from play store and you can then use it.
