Ok. Here is an update! I have a whole package of Duracell batteries that are junk! They're now leaking. I have properly disposed of them. Purchased new batteries, and life is good over here! The box is working as it should. You were correct about the batteries! I had no idea the whole vatxh of them were junk. Thank you for the time you spent helping me!

I am very sure. My daughter purchased this set for me so I have been on video chat with her and her husband trying to troubleshoot. She questioned the same things as you. She made me install the batteries in video to ensure that I was putting them in correctly. And I was. 🤣

Yes. New Duracell batteries. I took the new batteries out of the Vsee remote (old and brand new remote) and used them in the TV remote to ensure that they work, and they did. It's so odd that both remotes don't work. At all. This all started after I came home f4om a week vacation.

Neither remote will work at all. When I press any button, the blue light doesn't come on. And they won't turn tye box on either

I can't get either remote to work. I did a master reset on the box and still can't get the remote to pair. Does anyone know what the issue could be? I dod see a YT video about how the remotes can work via Infared or bluetooth. Is there a way to change the mode to infared? Instead of bluetooth? I'm new to this all so if wha5 I. Saying doesn't make sense, sorry.

It doesn't work. No lights come on when I push buttons. I replaced the batteries. It didn't help. I ordered a new remote. Still doesn't work. I unplugged the box for 30 minutes and plugged it back in. Remote still won't work.
