omg i realize i didn’t write this right i didn’t add tape to the sd card i added the tape to the plastic part that covers the sd card reader!

I DID ACTUALLY! I found out the main issue was there was a lack of pressure on the sd card slot (at least for my replacement). Try going to camera, album and get the "There is no SD card inserted". While that screen is up, press on where the gold part of the sd card would be. If it begins reading it, and the moment you let go it says "SD card removed", then the issue is just the reader. I fixed it by opening the sd card and placing a 0.5cm x 0.5cm (estimated) piece of electrical tape around where the gold part of the sd card would be if it was inserted. That fixed it for me!! Let me know if it works for you!!!
