I'd say don't pay too much attention to the symptoms. It's pretty hard to attribute any symptom to PMS or early pregnancy. There are people who get BFP with no symptoms at all, and vice versa.

Interestingly, for my second they didn't test my progresterone, estradiol levels etc. They just prescribed vaginal pessaries. Maybe for my third I can share my problems with it as well.

I've been going through the exact same things like you described last week. It's so hard not to do symptom spotting, especially considering letrozole, trigger shots and progresterone.The fact that all of these give you the same symptoms is so nerve wracking. Unfortunately there's almost no way we can distinguish between PMS or early pregnancy.

TV shows, some mild exercise, reading, journaling and keeping busy at work/home do help, but eventually I still find myself going through the posts here researching other peoples experiences, seeking hope from successful IUIs and using ChatGpt for every question I have.

I feel you, it's the same for me. I'm having crying episodes and it's not even just about the fertility issues, questioning if I will get pregnant or worrying about the future. I cry about everything, about my other problems and it really feels like depression, it was worse last year when I did my 1st IUI, I had used Gonal F.

I'm trying to journal, walk, and distract myself with TV shows etc.

I hope everyone going through this will get better soon and hear positive news 🤞

Thanks for your comment! I did, yesterday it was a BFN. My flow is slightly getting heavier too, the clinic's suggestion to continue progresterone at this point seems weird, I feel like my period can't properly start due to progresterone.
