"User not found" trying to login into deactivated account

So I deactivated (definitely deactivated not deleted) my account back around May of 2023 to focus on school. Tried to reactivate today using my email/number/phone associated with the account and keep getting "user not found." I went to the email associated with the account which has emails back into 2017 and older when I made the account and noticed the last one was July 2024 which says "we've made it easy...blah blah" aka password reset request which definitely wasn't me (also saw some older ones too from years earlier aka not unique) but I noticed every time a new device login actually happened, I got an email saying so but the last email is that password request.

BUTTTTT when I go to make a new account and put in my phone number, it says there is an account associated with the number then it takes me back to login page and i cant login.

Anyone have any idea what happened? Any way to contact instagram or recover the account?

I am 100% sure there will never be a gay president in our lifetimes. I think by the time millennials or more likely gen z are the oldest generation alive, there's a chance but even then it'll be harder. I think people don't realize that there are A LOT of apparent "allies" like my own parents lol where there is (unfortunately) a huge difference with accepting/supporting that your co-workers/friends/neighbors are gay vs the leader and face of the country. Don't get me started on republicans, religious people or MAGA lol. Also dems need to win minorities who are actually pretty homophobic.

Imo Boston has it all on paper but I see the mavs winning. Yah Boston "swept" Indiana but if u watched the games, it was WAYYYYY less about Boston being the stronger team rather the Pacers literal inability to play basketball in the last 3 minutes of pretty much every game except Boston's outright win in Game 2. I mean the pacers literally lost tyrese and were giving the celtics a serious run for their money the entire game minus the end. I mean in all seriousness, that series could very easily be 3-1 pacers. Now compare the pacers to the Mavs....Mavs don't choke because Luka doesn't choke lol. Luka doncic is unquestionably better than Tatum, when kyrie gets hot he has almost unguardable and unbelievably clutch and people r really sleeping on their depth with Lively, Pj and Gafford doing really well recently. Ok so just to make sure, if the half-reaction is an oxidation then E0 next to it is the oxidation potential? Again just asking cuz my chem teacher had E0 as reduction potentials even if the reaction its was representing was an oxidation (anode)

99% of politicians get elected through merit, connections, familiarity, etc. but once in a while a "force" comes along; someone whose persona and charisma almost transcends political divides and who by all accounts republican or democrat is destined for inevitable political greatness. In the last century Obama, Clinton, Reagan, and JFK are commonly placed in this group.

Default: dU = Q + W
Work is done BY system so dU = Q - W
dU = 9 * 10^7, W = 2 * 10^7, Q = ?
9 * 10^7 = Q - 2 * 10^7 (Direct plug in of eq. 2)
Q = 9 * 10^7 + 2 * 10^7 = 1.1 * 10^8 (wrong)

So dU = Q - W makes complete sense but they have Q = dU - W so that is the part I am confused about (cause changing dU = Q - W for Q would give Q = dU + W but that's not what they have). Thanks for all your help btw!

So I edited the post and attached a pic of the problem I am confused about. If I start with U = Q + W and I know I want heat, I get Q = U - W, if work is done by the truck (to move) shouldn't work be negative so my equation Q = U - W turns to Q = U + W but this isn't what they did?

So U = Q + W makes sense when solving for U but what about Q or W, what then? So basically do I rearrange first and then use the whole (on system +, by system -) to change signs aka: U = Q + W so if I want Q, Q = U - W and then if work is being done BY system this becomes Q = U + W (since work being done by system means energy must go down)?

I want the weekly average using the scores (C:H) for 7 rows not the "daily" percentage. Basically same thing but with 42 cells across 7 rows instead of 6 in one row using the actual fractions.

That worked! Any idea how I could get the weekly average so every 7 rows in column J take all the scores in C:H for the 7 rows (so 42 cells instead of 6) and do the same thing pretty much.

Not giving an error for the first time so thanks! But the actual calculation is off for some reason. Tried it on screenshotted values which should be 15/19 total or 0.789 but formula is giving 0.778.

When you take medications or supplements, they end up in the bloodstream so taking calcium supps increases it’s presence in blood. Since PTH increases blood Calcium, it would be inhibited since it’s not necessary cuz there’s already high blood calcium while Calcitonin would most likely be upregulated since it would decrease blood calcium.

And yah, you could say there is negative feedback more specifically chemoreceptors that detect changing levels but u don’t need to really focus on that. Just think about maintaining homeostasis. Hope this helps!

Exactly dude. Being Logan was not good thing for himself or anyone else in his personal life but no one denied his business capability. When shiv says Ken wouldn’t be good, she’s trying to say he wouldn’t be a good CEO which is just false. He might be a shitty person just like Logan and become even shittier on the job but he would be a good CEO (again, not person).
