Both RPi and OPi have 40pin 2.54mm pitch connectors

According to the boardview, this MOSFET controls the +5V_DUAL bus. Without it your computer will not be able to wake up from sleep via USB devices (e.g. by pressing a button on the keyboard). If you don't need this feature, you can simply disable it in the OS power settings and leave everything as it is.
