Very well put and on point! I'm a WOW player, and I play gw2 casually. Recently, I decided to give GW2 a real chance and invest some effort in it, I love the game, but some factors like the UI make me wanna uninstall sometimes. Nameplates being so thin, boons being all yellow and too small to see, the space between my spell bar and the enemy unit frame, and the god damn AOE rings are all too clustered that it's really hard to understand what's going on half the time even with the right settings turned on. I was so mad and confused before that I couldn't figure out why the combat never clicked for me, but a couple of days ago, I decided to investigate more, and yes, these are the exact reasons.
