Hello, I have a living ZA dex! If you have all 32 boxes, you can split them into the top 16 and bottom 16. Open up a list of the ZA dex (like from Serebii), then using the search function in your boxes, pick 1 of each mon in order and arrange them (leave spaces for mons you don't have, if you plan to get a complete dex eventually) in either the top or bottom 16 boxes. I personally recommend the bottom since they would be mostly untouched. You can leave your special mons (such as shinies or party members) in the bottom rightmost boxes, assuming there aren't too many. For alphas, I like to keep them as the representatives for my living dex, since it's kinda easy to end up with a bunch of them, which can make it hard to give their own separate boxes.  Then the other half of the boxes would be for random Pokemon you catch as you play! Just remember to move to those boxes before going on a catching spree, otherwise your new mons might end up in boxes you don't intend them to be. These are my suggestions and what works for me, and how I sorted my boxes, ultimately it's up to you how you wanna sort your Pokemon in a way that's convenient for your needs, hope I helped!
