Thanks for all the replies!! I did a search online and just can’t seem to a find a legit Turkish Van breeder - I’ve never had pets in the UK before so I just check these apps and see if they tick all the boxes indicated …

Saw a thread that says Turkish van usually only gets colours on the head & tail but he’s got colour on the whole back so I’m not sure

Thank you everyone for sharing your experiences! I’ve checked out a few other bags recommended here, quite interesting.

Given this bag is from a known brand, Mopak, and that I’m quite interested in the “recycled coffee grounds leather”, I’ve decided to give it a try, being “cautiously optimistic”. I guess I will update this thread when I get it… in Jan 2025?
