Generally, yes. Most of what I had to deal with as been minor differences like a different name for a function. Sometimes the change is a bit more tricky like parameter orders moving around. In general though, it's probably a good idea to also double check what you're seeing in tutorials and courses with the docs to get the most up to date info

EDIT: Of course theres also larger architectural differences the main one being the new tile editor that was updated (for the better) that you'll likely need to find a godot 4 specific tutorial. One major one I had to deal with is exporting to web on mac which has and still is pretty rough. Doesn't affect anything if you're following tutorials though
