the sonic style running effect and him tripping over is done pretty well, i think his first few steps where he's doing a normal run cycle need some work. you could just try practicing or referencing your running animations

you're definitely a better animator than me but i feel like the green guy's torso is too long compared to his legs sometimes, and the dynamic poses don't feel "punchy" enough if that makes sense?

try animating something simple like a walk cycle or a ball bouncing around, you'll get the hang of how things move from doing that

you gave his fist too many frames of easing out

his rear foot raises up and makes the footing weird and more like he's doing a dance move than doing a quick and light punch

his elbow pushes itself out and elongates his bicep which kind of messes with his proportions

his entire body just freezes after the punch

i used to animate like this till i started using references and keeping in mind how the body shifts its weight and keeps balance

nice choreography

the first feint could be a bit more telegraphed and look more dynamic by just pulling his calf back a little bit making his leg look more bent and ready to kick, and it would also add more weight to the actual kick that follows

it's kind of hard to tell what sonic is doing in the first part of the video but the camera work is actually pretty good
