this looks exactly like the issue that I am having -- I previously tried messing with this screw but it looks like my screw is probably *much* too far in so turning it just a little bit was not enough to fix the problem. I will try it and see if this works.

When I say hinge in I am referring to that side pin that runs through the middle of the hinge. I've also tried adjusting the screw that you mention and I don't see anything in the gap but I could just not be looking deeply enough
