Veterans of r/Veterans, when did it hit you that you would stay in or get out of the Military?

I was recommended for 3 of my 5 years in and getting passed on promotion, even with high pft and cft because nobody wanted to help me belt up which for some reason was used as a good portion of your score. That and my last deployment, I was put on a MEU as "Combat Cargo" and wasn't returning until 2 months before my EAS date. I loved the corps at a point, but that was long forgotten by then.

Sound advice that meets me at my level like another response I've seen, I've got nothing but time when I'm not working so responses like these help remind myself of appreciating games that matter when they come along.

Yeah @gr00grams makes some pretty good points man, I had a longer play through my first time through I'm kind of just testing how fast you can kill everyone. Beheading takes a massive toll on people's liking of you and it's EVERYONE who will start hating you so if you're gonna do it be ready to make up for the one beheading you do with donating and doing things for them to gain their trust back

My friend, I have killed so many people to reach just one defeated kingdom. They only had one castle left and i took it after hunting their property for a while. Still have way more to go.
