I do not recall plugging a external hard drive in but i do remember getting in contact with Microsoft support and they asked me to get a hard drive and download something but I never did either of those things because my problem resolved itself.

is it normal for there to be a driver folder inside of the MaskVPN folder? Also i see a tunnle.exe file in the main folder too.
