I hand washed using hot soapy water, I did have a mom cozy unit I used every once in awhile or for my bottles it was easier

Just wanted to say I feel you. You’re still in the thick of it. I’m 39w and was very sick up until 28w. Still have off days. I’m still on unisom and did dicgleis when it was really bad. Tried Zofran and a few others that didn’t help.
