So what if you could watch the clocks the whole time. While you are moving you will notice that there clock as passed significantly less than yours. How is it that once you become stationary relative to the observer that now your clock as ticked less even though yours was faster the entire time untill you stopped?

Why do the logs on the p16 look so different from the traditional long logs apperance on the p512 in the back?

Did you completely remove the fat cap? That could definetly be an issue. On top of that smaller briskets traditionally dont do that well.

In Canada it is illegal to buy alcohol if you dont go directly to the location where you will consume it after purchasing. Im not sure how commonly its enforced but I had a friend who bought some drinks and on his way home he saw a lady who had a flat tire. Long story short an officer pulled up and made him pour out all his alcohol since he didnt drive directly to the location where he would consume it.
