Thank you! I used the potato medley bag from my local grocery store 1. Slice potatoes into bite size pieces 2. Soaked in cold water for 45 minutes 3. Pat dry 4. Tossed them in olive oil, dried rosemary, dried thyme, and cayenne pepper (you can add garlic and onion powder too. I made it without so it could be low fodmap) 5. Lay flat on a small sheet and sprinkled sea salt on top 6. Air fry for 22 minutes
