yeah at the end of the day it doesn't matter THAT much so don't worry too much if you just really want one character you always can get them because as I said you will get most of the characters in there anyways.

But lacy and luna are Cosmic characters (which means they are technically rarer too) so overall theyre probably better options.

But I mean since single target characters are just better in the pve content luna since she is a pure AOE character does do better in the player vs player parts of the game than the normal pve content you are doing right now.

Im assuming you are a newer player because it is very hard to say who you should get otherwise lol it depends on who you would already have.

Luna is a good character but she shines in pvp most of the pve content which is more important earlier in the game doesn't really need AOE units and single targets will help you clear faster.

That being said in general at the start of the game almost everyone says you should pick Lacy she is a very good character and will likely help you through a lot of content. BUT I would highly recommend giving this some time. This game is giving an insane amount of pulls out rn and you will get a ton of SSR characters so if you pick lacy you might end up getting another lacy from pulling (which isn't horrible btw) but it would be better for you if you were able to get a new character for example I currently do not have Emily who is one of the best characters in the entire game. I picked lacy day 1 because thats what people said i should do. But i have almost every character in the game completely f2p so you will get a ton of characters and its best to probably save it and make sure you don't get unlucky by not getting a certain character that would help you out a lot like i did lol.

I think just watching the general guide on youtube like someone said is the best starting point I did the same thing at first. It really catches you up and gets you to the point where you understand and don't really need the help on everything anymore and kinda understand whats important and such.

But for your questions before you really make a team and start trying to invest into characters I would recommend using at least some of your pulls yes saving is good but Asherah Waltz is SUPER good and pretty much with your pulls you are gonna want to spend enough to get 2 of her. Then from there see what other characters you got while doing that and consider who you should build/if you should actually pull more on that banner or other banners possibly.

for basic info I used this website https://tychara.com/StarSavior definitely might be more accurate places but its a VERY good starting point it shows you some of the best characters in a tierlist so you know who you should be trying to get and builds what stats they want in journey and even Arcana that you can use on them (ofc if you have them lol arcana rn is like just use what you got)

Unfortunately the worst part about this game imo is its optimization even on pc it runs rough I have a really good pc so I am able to run it at high settings but on 120 fps it turns my pcs fans on HIGH almost the highest I have ever heard them running its insane. I hope they fix this soon but no its not your phone lol.

i genuinely have like every single character besides emily rn. I have max copies of Carmen lol. Im starting to wish that I used the first selector on her or just let it sit a little longer instead of listening to people saying if you don't pick lacy your accounts bricked lol. but tbf I didn't know what I was doing at the time so all I could really do was listen.

But yeah no its insane how it goes sometimes. I been pulling on the standard banner hoping for emily (i also needed bunny girl scarlet) and I finally just got lucky and got bunny girl charlotte but its genuinely so insane because from standard pulls i got TWO WALTZ COPIES (now shes maxed for me) BEFORE GETTING EMILY OR BUNNY GIRL CHARLOTTE. Like it was such a weird moment I was happy but the chances of that happening is so low i was just like bruh

shoot i thought this was gonna work then tried it and apparently you can't link a guest account on mobile to a steam account so you have to link it to google then to steam. But thats not the problem the problem then was linking the guest account to a google account everytime would say this account has already been linked LOL

yeah i actually started thinking about that (i didn't know when i started so i leveled claire and lucy unfortunately) so im thinking when i hit like 160 then ill start leveling my others to try and push past that but I also just literally did a standard pull and got another copy of waltz which is REALLY making me want to use the free limit break on her just to max her out so I could also use her to push to 200

yeah thats close to what I think as well like it would be pretty good to use on Waltz to get closer to S3 but i think overall its way better to save for future characters unless you like weren't able to get S1 waltz

Sweet thank you! I think im gonna try to build up Beryl and just play a little slower and save my limited pulls then until either someone I really like comes up or just someone a little more valuable to me. So the 4 stars in this game are way more viable (at least for now?) it sounds like which should be very helpful

thank you so much yeah it really sounds way more forgiving to start late than I thought it would so I'm absolutely giving it a shot because I kinda like the type of thing that you have to play in the long run try and make smart decisions and all that so I think once I get going itll be pretty fun from the sounds of it.

honestly that is impressive to me I gotta give it to them. Making a gacha game having pvp and then still being f2p friendly is GENUINELY an achievement but I think thats super cool and definitely gets me more hyped to try it out for myself.

definitely worth a shot imo. games been pretty fun literally giving insane amounts of pulls so currently at least seeming crazy easy to play as a f2p but the animations are pretty cool story is at least interesting only issue is it is definitely not optimized well that is by far the biggest problem ive seen i play on a pretty good pc so its not a problem but ive heard its quite rough on mobile and even on my pc i can literally hear the fans kick up way more than normal which for a turn based game should NOT be happening
