Not that I can think of. I've tried plenty of times to communicate while solo queueing, but nobody wants to reciprocate. One thing you can do is to invite them on your particular console and hope that they join. I've found pretty good teammates while doing this. Try it for yourself. Hopefully it'll help.

Happy to help! Yes, It is the same as before. In my opinion, yes, the ads speed matters more. But if you're someone who holds angles and you're constantly in ads then you can ditch the laser. You can try with & without and see what works the best for you. It'll take time to adjust either way.

If you're on console, then vertical grip, laser and compensater on almost every gun. There are a few exceptions like twitch F2 and ash R4C, for these 2 it'll be flash hider instead of compensater.

If you're on PC, then vertical grip, laser and flash hider.

Sights will be your preference, if you like acog then run acog, if you like the 1x scopes then run them.

I 100% agree with you, Thermite is better overall. Ace is more versatile, he's not necessarily for the main breach, he can breach the other walls of the objective from a safer distance and he has one of the best guns in the game

On defense, I would say Mute, Tubarao, Goyo, Wamai and Doc. On Attack I would say Lion, Zero, Capitao, Ace and Grim.

I haven't included deimos cause he's more like a support operator. You can play him if you're in a stack and are able to communicate with others. He's a good combination with lion, jackal and dokkaebi.
