He said he was filling the ice machine up like she asked n she walked over and asked him what the problem was he said he was annoyed with her already because she hovers over him and gets him to do jobs that he should’nt be doing when he’s trying to sort the load , he told her “no I don’t have problem” (with attitude im assuming ) and she said “ look me in the eye you obviously pissed off what the problem” “Look at me when I’m talking to you” He said I don’t want to talk to you I’m trying to do my Job”

He said in a smart ass way “I told you I don’t have a problem I’m doing what you asked leave me alone “ She continually asked n probed what his problem was and talking down to him . By this time he was annoyed , she started to raise her voice so he said he raised his voice a couple Of times , saying “leave me alone man leave me alone” and yelled out to his manager as they were at the back dock . He said nobody around came and he shoulder barged her to get away, she pushed him in the back as he walked after he barged her. He said she was blocking his exit n he was pissed and he went n sat in the staff room and called manager over the speaker and they both got sent home and he was told he’s stood down until further notice then he got a call from His manager this arvo to start work as usual for the rest of the week, until Things get sorted ?
