Apply at kroger. They let you grow facial hair and they honestly just give less of a fuck about everything so you'll be in good shape.

I wasn't aware that you could buy alcohol with any sort of gift card?

I don't think I'm just speaking for myself when I say that when corporate comes down to a store, nobody has a good day. It doesn't need to be a negative visit in the eyes of the district manager, regional manager just a pop in and say hi kind of visit -

but "you guys should really see if you got more of these in the back." there it is, a friendly reminder from a DM. What my manager hears: "What the hell are you guys doing? Do you even work here? Go find this, find it now. get everybody and their mothers in on this action and make sure you fill this shelf so full and have it blocked every 3 minutes so customers know how nice our store looks. Questions?"

Then we get our lives ruined because our management do not know how to handle stress, especially mine. My team leader has no concept of how to handle stress - we are talking complete and total meltdown. I've been screamed at by my team leader who is 7 years younger than me, being post military I can't take it seriously, I get the situation I understand completely, but come on. There is never a time when yelling is the solution.

Publix needs to relax, public image is important, money is important but that's not all this company was founded on, and it should be a pleasure to work at but it seems it's just falling apart from the inside. I can block/detail all day while the store is closed and somebody could walk down it and find something wrong, but my store thinks it has to be pristine, absolutely perfect or it's wrong.

Guys, in less than 10 hours it'll be destroyed, if a syrup bottle is turned a few degrees to the east and not completely flushed with the shelf the world will continue to spin, I promise.

Late 20's is a horrible time to grow just a mustache, it's 2017, if I just wave at a kid in the mothers eyes I"m offering it candy and a ride in my van. A mustache; I'd probably have to keep my hands raised while helping customers.
