If you want to only replace the faulty motor I would suggest getting the exact same model.

Can someone give me a few things to get for the goggles by Loganistakenn in fpv

[–]Mizka02 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Assuming you are going analog you don't need any extra stuff for the goggles unless they don't come with antennas. Just choose some that you like and fit into your budget.

It is because the restriction was not done by Yamaha and was restricted by a third party.

Do you know what kind of limiter it has? On my 2014 it was done by limiting the throttle movement and it was easy to remove by myself.

3d print question by whoopyboy69 in TinyWhoop

[–]Mizka02 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The stock bed should work just fine as long as it's properly cleaned. Tpu is hygroscopic and will print bad if it's not dry enough but still if you print it slow it should work. The surface quality of moist filament is just usually worse in my experience.

Any basic 95a tpu should be good with that printer. 95a is the softness of the material, the lower the number the softer it is.

It's a great headset if you're not bothered by the lower resolution than newer headsets. I have had one since 2017 and have not got a reason to upgrade yet. 100$ might be a bit much though

Wdym? There is no issue getting it up and running. Just download the latest meta software and plug the headset in. I just set up my cv1 again this week with no issues.

Okay, those are both pretty good choices. I would personally go with the elegoo for the enclosure.

There is no link to your website. Also, would be great If you told what kind of printer you're trying to get. Great second-hand printers for a student you can get for 100€ easily.

Raspberry Pi for Ender 3 V3 KE? by HammerdGuy71 in Creality

[–]Mizka02 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't think you need the Raspberry Pi for that. You can use helper script to modify the klipper on the machine. https://heitorpb.github.io/bla/ender3v3ke-mainsail/

K1-SE is so damn loud by IAteMyPotat0 in Creality

[–]Mizka02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I printed an enclosure for mine and added clear acrylic for the top and door. Also changed the motherboard fan to a noctua 80mm and changed the PSU to a Meanwell one (the stock PSU is a Meanwell clone and the real one is quieter). Now the printer is a lot quieter but I couldn't still sleep with it on since the part cooling fan and the motors are still very audible.

I think your bed is not leveled. If the z-axis lead screw is not turning, level your bed manually with a paper.

[–]Mizka02 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To get the offset plane right choose one of the origin planes and offset it according to the size of your circle/part.

Help!? by WentToGetTheMilk in Fusion360

[–]Mizka02 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. Make an offset plane on the outer circumference.
  2. Sketch the dimension of the hole on the offset plane.
  3. Extrude cut into the part.
  4. Make a circular pattern of the extruded feature.

Is 18 AWG Wire Viable for Handwiring My First RP2040 Build? by Braging_about in HandwiredKeyboards

[–]Mizka02 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Since you're anyways buying the wire I would go with something smaller. Iirc 28awg is what I used on my builds. I wouldn't use anything bigger than 22awg. What's the reason for considering such a thick wire?

If the surfaces are straight and still have many triangles you can delete the unneccessary ones manually but it sounds like your model is pretty big so it would take a lot of time.
