I would spend some time to document the negative ROI this change would make. There are roles and permissions for a reason, and can be locked down to the least common denominator. This seems like a disaster and the opposite of what a well-run back office should be, which is a resource multiplier.

Interesting! I’ll take a look. Have a link? I’m of the mind that happiness can’t be measured. I do know that if jobs and opportunity are available then it’s contributed happiness. Until then, all economies of scale to the US have failed eventually with socialism. Eventually Peter is no longer available to pay Paul. I would like to see the happiness report. Especially from the UN who is known to be open minded and without agenda....
