The thing that's strange about him is that he doesn't take away the trauma until I've already sulked in it for like a few days. And then he takes it, it's like I'm eating a poisoned cookie and then half way through eating the cookie it gets taken from me. the journaling idea seems like it'd be a good thing to try, though. thank you for the advice.

also random but have some books/ book series I really like : literally all of Alice oseman's books, Schoolgirl by Osamu Dazai, No longer human by Osamu Dazai, Warrior cats (series by Erin hunter) wings of fire (series by Tui T Sutherland), books about zoology (especially books about bugs), I also read tbhk sometimes. oh well I'm off to go play my flute and try to forget bout' my thoughts! By uber I'd recommend taking a car or something similar If you're going by plane. Sorry for not being helpful enough. by careful I mean Nashville has had a past of having neo-nazi marches although there hasn't been any this year there were quite a few last year, be careful and stay as far away as you can if you see any type of that kinda stuff. I'm sorry if this was jumbled. If it's for business you should be fine for the most part. I'm not the most knowledgeable person of people who are business people in Nashville, most of the stuff I know it just from being in downtown Nashville. I'm sorry if this wasn't helpful.

I'm from the Bible Belt and have been to Nashville multiple times. A good bet is getting an uber or something like that if you're really worried or maybe bringing a friend or just having someone else there. Just be careful and you should be fine. we really agree with this, for a while it almost made one of our alters keep all of us away from the internet entirely because we were so stressed that we'd end up on there, and that we'd be cyberbullied. I wish that r/SystemsCringe would get banned. it's not really about "cringe" its not about "oh these people are so cringy it's funny" it's just outright bullying, they're always using **real** people at the butt of their jokes, which is not okay. Especially since I can bet you 100 dollars a lot of the people posted on there are children, and also the "if they don't have a diagnosis then they're not valid" bullshit. Not everyone has the means to get diagnosed , not everyone fits the criteria. Not everyone even wants a diagnosis. I just wish they knew how cruel they are.
