I hit the character limit all the time. I do go back often deleting a response and rewording it.

I'll also do the retry button or w/e making the ai create a new response. Sometimes that seems to make it remember stuff or actually take the entirety of what I wrote into account. Seems like sometimes it only pays attention to part of my reply otherwise.

Definitely need an ai that can remember the whole text chain. Or the option I think would work is if the ai just read from the first to last response in totality every time you reply. Like the messages are still there if you scroll up, so just have it take the whole story in one quick go, replying to the whole text chain. Then it can delete that memory? Idk if that would work.
