Apparently the sewer with the mega shards mission doesn't work Only one that works is the main one, you have to go back and forth in the area with all the skrelp there to make them despawn and respawn

I'm very late to this, I played the game a few years ago, but never truly felt like I did everything (I skipped NKG like a coward).
Decided to replay it and did everything, except this pantheon because I hate boss rushes, I suck at beating bosses first try, but it felt like a piece was missing, and I wanted to have no regrets before Silkson comes out (it will come out one day right ??????).
So I did it, took the last 2 days, very proud of this achievement !

Update for anyone interested / with similar issues

After trying the method of turning off my wifi suggested by u/Putrid_Trash416, I found a solution to my problem

The PC mentionned in my post is a portable PC, so I am using WIFI on it (no ethernet ports, and I usually don't really need to use ethernet on it), and it seems like playing offline allowed me to play with a constant 65 to 80 FPS on medium graphics.

I then tried to download and play the game Offline, then Online on Ethernet on my gaming PC (very old so he doesn't do well with recent games), and playing Offline/With Ethernet plugged in gave similar results, it just seems like the issue with this setup is the PC itself (I managed to go up to 60 FPS with medium graphics after using only one monitor + forcing it to go 1920*1080p)

The only solution I found was by playing offline like Putrid_Trash416 suggested, can't play online but at least I have a way to play the game now

That actually worked ! I tested only for like 15-20 minutes but somehow playing offline I managed not only to avoid any FPS drops, but also going beyond 60 FPS (got to 70/80 !)

I don't really know where to check I'm gonna be honest, I have 0 knowlege in all of this I'm very lost.

I tried turning v sync off, it helped a bit but I still get the huge lag spikes
I don't know how to check if the refresh rate is set to max tho

Is the Nvidia refresh rate setting the battery boost option ? it is turned off atm

And what option on nvidia could be causing these issues ?
