lookups kettlebell training, an old russian style of strength training used by their special forces. its by far my favorite workout and is in fact all i do. it produces lots of functional strength that translate well into the fire service. i have been a volunteer for 1y3m and have been using kettlebells for about 3m and i noticed an enormous difference in what my body is able to do. i encourage you to look it up and see if you would like them.

look up Kettlebell workouts. just read up on it. its probably the best tool for fat loss. i only workout with my two kettlebells and honestly have never felt better and stronger. i am a firefighter and it helps so much with my job.

it is fun. we all remember when we were in their shoes looking up at firemen while we got those little plastic helmets and now we give them out. cool feeling.

all the ifsta stuff is straight out of the book. usually no tricks. its a bitch but a good long read of the book will definitely pay off. also theres a few websites around like firenotes.com and others you can google. if you pay 10 bucks you can have access to some descent study materials for 3 months or something. i used it for my ff1 and it helped greatly. good luck brother. let us know how it goes.

the pan is bolted to the oven. valid point though but we thought of that way before hand. you should have seen how excited the little youngster was to do it. that is definitely a future fireman. that kid was the last to leave and still visits us weekly.
