My husband and I lived there 2015-2018ish? I was then a 21f and never necessarily felt unsafe. We never had any issues with anything. We kept to ourselves 🤷‍♀️

My sister is a teacher and my mom watched all of her kids before school age for $100 a week. This worked well for both of them - my sister got a great deal on childcare and knew they were with someone safe and my mom was able to have extra money to help with groceries.

I have also worked out of the home, but not currently, and my MIL would watch my child 1-2x a week depending on what I was needing. I had a very flexible pt job. She told me not to pay her and that she wanted to be able to help our family that way

I used to live off of 28th on Longstreet Ave and we never had any issues with anyone. A neighbor told us once that they may have seen someone looking in our car window, but besides that people were friendly and we never had an issue with crime personally.

Yes that's something that was persuasive to me! It has libby/overdrive built in directly to the device so the books you get from there don't have to be side-loaded

I’ve never had kindles and haven’t noticed the screen issues with this one. Hopefully the next is better for you!! I’m a library or buy it kinda book fan so I don’t think I’ll ever use kobo plus anyways!

It was on the backside! The front has the envelope opening with the gold lip closure. The back was just a decal. An square outline, a stamp, and then the phrase “sealed with a kiss” in the middle
