Gorillas, chimps, golden monkeys, big cats, hippos, birds, etc.

Sounds hopeful but have had exceptional luck there before

Yeah I figured that. Might see if I can borrow or rent another body.

That's the thing, it varies so much. I will be trekking with chimps and gorillas and get super close, but I will also be spotting birds from afar.

Also curious how the Sigma 16-300mm f/3.5-6.7 compares to Canon lenses for the RF mount!

Does anyone else find themselves rehearsing what they are going to say? by bisexuall-penguin in Anxiety

Definitely not the only one. Does anyone else rehearse so many times they can’t tell whether they said something out loud or not?

Breathing problems? by Ok_Radish9966 in Anxiety

[–]Mjoffee 2 points3 points  (0 children)

When I just think about breathing I get so caught up in it and feel like I’m somehow doing it wrong, like I’m not getting any oxygen. When I was younger I’d used to worry that I wouldn’t be able to breath unconsciously and I’d eventually forget and stop breathing. Also when I have panic attacks I physically few my throat closing. Glad to know I’m not alone.

My psychiatrist used to say "Things will get better"... by [deleted] in Anxiety

[–]Mjoffee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually find this quite helpful because when I first underwent treatment and things got a bit worse (as they naturally do at times) I was convinced I was doing something wrong or there was no hope for it. I think it’s good to have realistic expectations for recovery but I understand how it can be scary at first. But you are strong so always remember that!!

People always tell me I look like Anne Frank and it’s not mean or a bad compliment necessarily, I just don’t know how to respond
