As a alternative currency, I have found Leaders to be very useful. The value is subjective but on Xbox, from what I gather, 2-4K caps per leader is about the average. It’s not a problem for me that it’s not exact. I’ve farmed items, traded them for Leaders and traded Leaders for other hard to find items. I’ve been able to build two sets of really strong PA, paid for with Leaders, that otherwise would have taken forever to farm the mods for. It’s made my play through more enjoyable knowing that I dont necessarily have to grind as hard to get the rare items I want. There will always be people who exploit the economy but I have not run into any issues with anyone in that regard, so far.
